Nguyen Hoang Thanh Huong, Receptionist of Sherwood Residence has won the first prize in the four to five-star hotel category of Ho Chi Minh City’s Hotel Receptionist Contest for the year 2016 organized by the HCMC Department of Tourism in collaboration with the Association of Tourism of HCMC.
The HCMC Hotel Receptionist Contest is an event held every three years for hotel receptionists in Ho Chi Minh City to learn and exchange experiences, improve professionalism and service quality, and increase the comparative advantages and competitive strength of the city’s hotel operation.
